Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto lead and oversee building construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in managing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications.
  
• Evaluate, select, and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
  
• Manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project records.
  
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  
• Prepare and present project updates covering milestones, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
