Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for IT service and development projects using Agile methodologies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with technical teams for timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports and KPIs.

Job Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for IT service and development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders from the US and Australia, often during early morning hours.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Azure DevOps and JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and task assignment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to clients and internal leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure all project documentation, including SOWs, timelines, and release notes, is maintained and updated.
• Come to the office regularly and coordinate with onsite teams for delivery alignment.
