Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking a senior project management professional to lead the PMC for a major transmission line, HVDC substation and HVDC terminal station package. You will ensure delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget and quality while upholding contractual requirements.

You will act as the primary liaison among the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors and OEMs, driving planning, mobilization and resource deployment across multiple sections and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMC assignment for transmission line, HVDC substations and HVDC terminal stations, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality and contract terms.
• Act as the principal point of contact between the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors, OEMs and other stakeholders.
• Establish the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibilities matrix, communication protocol and reporting arrangements.
• Lead mobilization and deployment of PMC resources across transmission line sections, substations and HVDC terminal stations.

Job description

Lead the complete PMC assignment for the transmission line, HVDC substations and HVDC terminal station packages, ensuring that the works are delivered safely, within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements and contractual framework.

Act as the principal point of contact between the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors, OEMs and other stakeholders.

• Establish the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibilities matrix, communication protocol and reporting arrangements.
• Lead mobilization and deployment of PMC resources across transmission line sections, substations and HVDC terminal stations.
• Review and monitor the contractors baseline schedule, procurement plan, construction methodology, resource plan and commissioning programme.
