Job summary

Leuwint Technologies in Pune, India seeks a results‑driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget while delivering high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and governance, track KPIs, risks and deliverables, and coordinate with customers and partners. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans, scope, timelines, budgets and governance.
• Lead and manage project teams and resources.
• Track project progress, KPIs, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Manage customer relationships, escalations and change requests.
• Ensure project quality, budget and timeline objectives are met.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and document lessons learned.
