Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead multiple Scrum teams and drive value from concept to realization. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations, translating Epics into user stories and maintaining a strong reporting framework for governance forums.

The role requires 3+ years in financial or tech projects, a Certified Scrum Master, and expert use of Jira and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with collaborators to develop and present cases during the annual Investment Planning Process.
• Translate Epics into prioritized User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Embed within Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Monitor and mitigate risks; lead cross-functional dependencies; design rollout strategies including UAT and training.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and call out issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain a robust reporting framework for status and MI across governance forums.

As anAgile Project Managerat FTSE Russell, you willlead, coordinate, and drivethe delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple Scrum teams. You willcollaboratewith partners in Product, Engineering, and Operations totransform ideas into tangible outcomes, ensuring value is delivered from concept through realization.

This role demands a professional who cananalyze data, visualize insights, and communicate effectivelywith senior leadership. You willstandardize reporting processes,streamline workflows, andenable informed decision-makingacross diverse portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnerwith collaborators todevelop and presentcompelling cases for critical initiatives during the annual FTSE Russell Investment Planning Process.
• TranslateEpics into prioritized User Stories with clear acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Embedyourself within Scrum teams,facilitatingdaily stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions toensure deliveryagainst sprint goals.
• Monitor and mitigaterisks,leadcross-functional dependencies, anddesignrollout strategies for new capabilities, including UAT and training.
• Identify and resolveprocess inefficiencies,recommend improvements, andcall out issueswhen necessary.
• Build and maintaina robust reporting framework tostreamlinestatus and MI reporting for multiple governance forums (Scrum meetings, Steering Committees, Investment Committees, Board meetings).

Skills & Experience

• Technical Proficiency:Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Confluence, with expertise indata visualization.
• Analytical Strength:Strong numeracy and technical background, ideally in Computer Science, Finance, or Mathematics.
• Communication:Ability toinfluence, present, and engagepartners at all levels, including C-suite.
• Agile Tools:Fully conversant with Jira.
• Experience:3+ years handling Financial or Technology projects, with exposure to full SDLC and engineering standard processes (TDD, Pair Programming, Code Reviews, Regression Testing).
• Certifications:Certified Scrum Master.
• Attributes:Independent, adaptable, and capable ofhandling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience with Financial Indices.
• Programming knowledge (Java, Python, VBA, SQL).
