Cactus Life Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of internal projects and coordinate with external collaborators. This remote-first role may require travel to our Mumbai office for business needs or events.

You will drive on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance across all project stages, using SharePoint and standard PM practices, while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting to stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Devices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Life Sciences background preferred.
• PMP certification preferred (not mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Track milestones, consultant costs, invoicing, cash flow, and time investment.
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit-compliant processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external collaborators for efficient delivery.
• Draft and review statements of work and project proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Manage SLAs, change requests, and resource capacity.
• Oversee invoicing, PO usage, and KPI reporting.
• Communicate project updates via written reports and MIS dashboards.

Overview

As a growing scientific communications agency, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to manage the successful execution of internal projects and coordination with external collaborators. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance across all project stages. Please Note: We are a remote-first organization, and we embrace an "accelerate from anywhere culture". You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of projects ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery using project plans, timelines, and tools like SharePoint.
• Monitor and control project performance by tracking milestones, consultant costs, invoicing, cash flow, and time investment.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements through accurate archiving and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external collaborators (e.g., freelancers) to ensure efficient project execution and service delivery.
• Having e xperience and looking into drafting, reviewing and assisting Statement of work and project proposal in alignment with the client and project requirements.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence by managing internal service level agreements, change requests, and resource capacity.
• Oversee financial processes including timely invoicing, PO utilization, and monthly KPI reporting in line with internal controls.
• Communicate project updates and status effectively through structured email communication and MIS dashboards.

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare or Medical Device companies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required; a background in Life Sciences or Pharma is preferred.
• Strong project planning and coordination skills, with knowledge of project/account management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
• PMP certification preferred (not mandatory but an advantage).
