Job summary

PLP Group in India is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and manage projects using standard PM practices. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior management to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong skills in planning, reporting, and stakeholder management, with experience in medical devices or quality systems preferred. This is a full-time position based in India with opportunities to drive project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • PM experience required.
  • Strong writing, communication, reporting and presentation skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience implementing Quality Management Systems.
  • Quality System Software Validation and Verification.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medical Devices industry.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and manage projects using standard PM practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with senior management.
  • Plan delivery of services listed in the sales proposal.
  • Maintain progress reviews of tasks and assignments.
  • Assist sales in preparing service quotes.
  • Prepare reports for deliverables.
  • Ensure PMO standards are deployed to deliver results.
  • Drive milestones and implementation schedule.
  • Provide consulting on product functional areas, processes and reporting.
  • Improve knowledge of products and industry to serve customers.
  • Oversee creation of implementation and training materials.
  • Address critical issues impacting implementation.

Project ManagerJob detailsServices / Project ManagementIndiaFull-time**Responsibilities and Duties:**•Planning, Scheduling and Management of projects by applying standard Project Management application, tools, and processes.•Expected to appropriately plan, schedule resources, and manage the project.•Lead and serve as the primary contact between cross-functional project teams and senior management, ensuring clear and concise communication.•Effectively manage all team member resources assigned to the project.•Plan the delivery of all services listed in the sales proposal.•Maintain progress reviews of project tasks and team member assignments.•Assist sales in preparing a quote for the services requested by the customer.•Ensure that appropriate reports are written for all the appropriate deliverables.•Ensures PMO project management standards and methods are effectively deployed to deliver the desired results.•Responsible for driving targeted milestones and achieving implementation schedule.•Provide consulting services to assigned projects as required, including product functional consulting, business process re-engineering, customization requirements, product validation and custom report analysis.•Continue to improve knowledge of the products, quality standards, industry, and technology to better serve the internal and external customers.•Oversee the development of necessary implementation and training materials.•Provide expert guidance to address critical and/or outstanding issues impacting the implementation.**Experience:****Requirements/Qualifications:**•Project Management Experience.•Strong writing and communication, reporting and presentation skills.•Proficient problem-solving ability.•Experience with the implementation of Quality Management systems.•Quality System Software Validation and Verification.•Bachelor’s degree plus some experience in Medical Devices Industry.**Desirable:**•Bachelor’s or Associate degree plus considerable experience (as above), MBA or technical.•PMP certification is highly desirable.•Working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office.•Working knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, Clarizen, SmartSheet).
