Qualificações

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience in infrastructure projects.
• 5+ years in Data Centers, IT Parks, SEZs or similar facilities.
• Experience in site suitability, planning, design reviews, and approvals.
• Knowledge of green building, resilience and environmental considerations.

SaT - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Relevant professional certifications in Infrastructure Planning, Construction Management, Green Building, or related fields desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Centers, Industrial Parks, IT Parks, SEZs, Technology Parks, or similar infrastructure projects.
• Experience in site suitability, infrastructure planning, structural assessment, utility infrastructure, statutory approvals, and project appraisal.
• Desired Experience: Planning, design, review, construction supervision, or assessment of large infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of infrastructure requirements for high‑density Data Centers.
• Geotechnical assessments and foundation design reviews.
• Disaster‑resilient infrastructure.
• Green building and sustainable infrastructure development.
• Government infrastructure projects and statutory approval processes.
• Assess site suitability, land infrastructure, and physical development requirements for Data Center projects.
• Review civil, structural, and architectural designs.
• Evaluate building layouts, structural systems, foundations, utilities, water management, and drainage systems.
• Assess flood, seismic, and environmental resilience.
• Verify infrastructure‑related capital investment claims.
• Evaluate construction progress and physical asset creation.
• Review compliance with applicable building codes, development regulations, and infrastructure standards.
• Support technical due diligence and project appraisal.
• Prepare infrastructure assessment reports and recommendations.
• Provide technical support during HPC, SLEC, and stakeholder meetings.
