Overview

Project Management (Principal Associate) role at Capital One. Location: Voyager (94001), India, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed project plans, determine resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and identify issues; develop deep business acumen.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and consultants, conduct internal meetings, and streamline workflow to ensure timely project deliverables.
• Analyze issues proactively to understand root causes, risks, and mitigants; develop metrics and mechanisms to improve efficiencies and customer experience.
• Produce business insights and action based on recommendations; create and maintain project documentation, status reports, timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.
• Manage organizational processes related to Command Center, Associate Development, and other programs; develop relationships across the organization while maintaining independence of the function.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by identifying best practices and developing playbooks of repeatable frameworks and solutions.
• Support business leaders in product marketing and branding initiatives.
