Job summary

Siemens in India seeks an experienced PMO Professional for major electrical infrastructure projects. Based out of Gurgaon/Mumbai, you will drive execution of control and protection panels and substation automation with emphasis on quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

You will lead contracts, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across multi-city teams, leveraging digital tech like PPC, MGC, and Solar SCADA to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12–14 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project scheduling tools.
• Preferable exposure to power system-related projects.
• Experience with digital technologies such as PPC, MGC, Cybersecurity, and Solar SCADA; bidding experience adds advantage.

Profile Requirements:

Preferable exposure to power system-related projects

Experience with digital technologies such as PPC, MGC, Cybersecurity, and Solar SCADA, bidding experience with an understanding of protection & automation solution will be an added advantage.
