Job summary

Web3Task is seeking a Project Manager Intern in Noida for a 3-month hybrid internship starting immediately. You will assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project deliverables under guidance of senior team members.

You will participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, maintain docs, prepare reports, and use Jira/Trello/Asana to manage tasks. Ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of project management or Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking overall project progress.
• Help define clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing projects.
• Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and support defining sprint goals.
• Assist in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Maintain proper documentation including meeting notes, sprint backlogs, timelines, and client communications.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and regular status updates.
• Use Jira or similar project management tools to assign tasks, monitor workflows, and track sprint progress.
• Ensure tasks are updated and aligned with sprint timelines.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and help remove minor blockers.
• Identify project risks, delays, or blockers and elevate them to the management team on time.
• Share ideas to improve project planning, sprint execution, and documentation standards.
