The impact that you will be making

The project leader has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The project leader also provides leadership on problem solving and decisions on analytics techniques for the team. The Project Lead ensures that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard. This role also involves managing end to end client delivery as well as managing a team of data scientists/ data science leads.

• Planning and monitoring the project.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
• Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.
• Sound business understanding and client interaction ability.
• Senior client management.
• Ability to communicate well with fair business understanding and Problem solving.
• Manage client delivery for an account across multiple projects.
• Develop sophisticated analytical frameworks that add value to the client and result in new projects and revenue streams.
• Develop and implement analytical methodologies, processes, and technological solutions that integrate diverse information solutions and generate insights.

• Education: UG – BE/BTech; MBA from a top-tier college is mandatory.
• Experience: 7-10 years of overall work experience(min of 7 years). Post-MBA min of 2 experience is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in strategic consulting/Management consulting is a must have skill.
• Experience in planning and managing deployment of physical and financial resources to achieve project milestones.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modelling.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
