Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a telecom systems engineer to drive system engineering during project execution and design communication networks as per customer specs.

The role includes integrating existing telecom systems and providing technical support through all project phases. You will participate in the tendering stage by interpreting specifications and offering optimal technical solutions, with exposure to SDH/PDH, MPLS, and advanced telecom technologies.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in system engineering or telecom projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDH/PDH and MPLS technologies.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, VoIP and industrial Ethernet.
• Familiarity with Power Line Carrier, MW Radio, and related telecom standards.

• Good knowledge of modern telecommunication technologies like SDH/PDH System, Power Line Carrier Systems, Telephony, MW Radio, LAN/WAN/VoIP, MPLS etc).
• Expertise in MPLS-TP will be an added advantage
• MS-Office: Word, Excel, Visio
