Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a senior project management professional to lead large, complex enterprise programs with a focus on cloud transformation. This onsite role expects collaboration with partner and customer offices in Mumbai, India.

Ideal candidates will have BE/BTech with 18+ years of experience, including 10+ years managing large enterprise or cloud transformation programs, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree required.
• 18+ years total experience.
• 10+ years in large enterprise/cloud transformation programs.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer project delivery.
• Revenue as detailed in Impact section.
• Very large/complex projects across single or multiple regions.
• High risk management in projects.
• Manages project financials including P&L.
• Meets or exceeds SOAR approved budgets.
• Provides reliable financial forecasts to management.
• Manages business development and identifies client opportunities.
• Supports early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex deals.
• Acts as opportunity manager for high-risk deals.
• Manages client relationships and upper-level delivery relationships.
• Represents the organization to external customers/clients.
• Manages project team and internal/external resources (<40 people).
• Mentors and develops team members; provides performance input.

• Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members.
• Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members.

What You Need To Bring

Education and Experience Required:

• BE/BTech
• 18+ Years Total Experience
• 10+ Years In Large Enterprise / Cloud Transformation Programs

Knowledge And Skills

• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to project management methods.
• Makes use of and contributes to the company's PM Professions community.
• PMP Certified.
