Job summary

SAP Bengaluru is seeking an organized CAA Operations Analyst to support the Leadership team with opportunity and capacity management for SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition deals. You will build dashboards, standardize processes, and coordinate with Sales Leaders to prioritize deals.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate opportunity data, tracking workload, and delivering clear reports to senior leadership. Strong Excel and VBA skills are essential for automating reports and improving efficiency.

• A single point of contact function to manage queries related to opportunity assignments and progress.

• Comprehensive reporting mechanisms to provide CAA management with clear insights into workload distribution and performance.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
