EY’s GPS Government and Public Sector practice seeks a Project Consultant for GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery in Jaipur. The role focuses on driving digital transformation across governance, processes, culture, and services.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design transformation roadmaps, manage large-scale programs, and deliver measurable public sector outcomes. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

• Strong capability in project review, tracking, and monitoring to ensure delivery milestones and action items are consistently managed. Proficient in preparing accurate reports and maintaining detailed documentation to support consulting engagements and governance needs. Skilled in research and analytics to synthesize data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations. Able to develop clear client presentations that translate findings into concise, actionable insights. Working knowledge of procurement processes, process improvement methods, and Power BI for enhanced analysis and reporting.
