Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience working with a variety of stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic business acumen with a foundational understanding of operational metrics.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Structure complex projects from initial intake, creating detailed project plans with clear milestones that keep the business moving forward.
  • Support managers and project leads on cross-site initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistent execution across different regions and teams.
  • Communicate and address blockers with urgency, navigating tension and influencing stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Track and follow up on action items and deliverables, holding stakeholders accountable to ensure no detail is missed in our high-speed environment.
  • Define and measure project targets against business metrics, providing the quantitative proof that our support services are delivering real value.
  • Perform new business intakes, evaluating the impact of new initiatives and structuring them for successful implementation.

What you’ll do

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to stay resilient and adaptable when navigating shifting project priorities or timelines.
  • Experience using data to influence decisions and measure the success of cross-functional projects.
