We are looking for an experienced program manager to join our GAITech team at our firm’s office in Hyderabad or Bengaluru. You will be responsible for program management among all sub teams within GAITech and collaborate with various HC functions on running a GAI learning plan for the entire India firm’s staff. The GAITech team is responsible for building infrastructure and applications of Generative AI (GAI) within the firm.

The team’s objectives include identifying productive GAI models, providing tools for sophisticated GAI-based applications, creating initial iterations of GAI tools, and offering support for technical staff involved with GAI projects. GAITech focuses on improving developer productivity, process efficiency, making DESCO data easy to use with LLMs, and promoting generative AI for BU-specific adoption. A core aspect of GAITech is user education and promoting inter-departmental collaboration, with a mission to be a catalyst for research, development, and integration of GAI technologies and to support other technical teams within the organization. The team develops and integrates AI tools to enhance productivity and development, including AI-powered assistants for writing and coding, tools for AI infrastructure, and custom AI components. GAITech also aims to simplify GAI utilization across the firm through optimized developer tooling and ready-to-use applications for developers, with ongoing experimentation and evaluation to advance GAI models and techniques.

What you’ll do day-to-day

In this position, you will coordinate user-facing projects across all sub teams in GAITech, including project prioritization and keeping stakeholders informed of progress with periodic communications on timelines. You will also work with the Talent Development team on running the GAI learning plan to upskill staff and raise awareness about GAI tools. Additionally, you will have product management opportunities, including gathering and prioritizing product/feature requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with various teams.

The ideal candidate should hold:

Basic qualifications:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with 3 to 8 years of technical program management experience and at least 1 year of software development experience
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Exposure to GAI projects
• Program Management related academic qualifications (e.g., MBA, PMP)
