Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Program Manager in the CEO’s Office to drive inventory process excellence by identifying process gaps, improving inventory efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance inventory availability, accuracy and customer experience.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Retail, Planning, Technology and Business teams to implement solutions, develop dashboards and governance to track KPIs and program impact, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, Inventory or Consulting.
• Strong experience in process improvement and cross-functional program management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution without direct authority.
• Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or process excellence methodologies is preferred.
• MBA/B.Tech from a premium institute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify inventory process gaps and drive process standardization, SOPs and continuous improvement.
• Lead end-to-end programs focused on inventory accuracy, availability, efficiency and cost optimization.
• Analyze inventory and operational data to identify root causes, leakages and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Retail, Planning, Technology and Business teams to implement solutions.
• Develop dashboards and governance mechanisms to track KPIs, program progress and business impact.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-led process improvements.
• Present key insights and progress updates to senior leadership.
