Job summary

R1-RCM in Gurgaon seeks an experienced FP&A Program Manager to provide end-to-end support for client P&Ls, including monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and variance analysis.

The role requires coordinating with onshore teams in India and the US, managing 4–6 FTEs, and delivering concise, data-driven presentations to global leadership. Strong Oracle ERP and Adaptive skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Experience in client management and team handling.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Adaptive.
• Strong MS Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting for Ops functions with in-depth commentary.
• Manage client-level accruals and estimates and share with global leadership.
• Coordinate with cost groups to ensure full P/L prep.
• Lead monthly reviews with BU leads for non-workforce including R&O submissions.
• Consolidate company-level financial reporting for relevant stakeholders.
• Present the financials to onshore FP&A leaders.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts globally with BU heads.
• Oversee SOX reports and commentaries.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead transitions for 4–6 FTEs.
