Job summary

Google in Gurugram, India is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across teams spanning time zones and offices.

Responsibilities include leading EngOps reviews, vendor performance reviews, enabling a central operational BI function, and shaping operational strategy with cross-functional partners across gtech, finance, and EngOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in vendor management, opex governance, and stakeholder management.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing large-scale global operations.
• Experience in process optimization and driving cost savings.
• Ability to collaborate and influence product strategy.
