Job summary

Piramal Swasthya is seeking an experienced DevOps professional to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure DevOps practices across cloud, hybrid data centers, and on-prem environments.

You will drive security integration, support automation, deployment, monitoring, and security hardening to achieve agility, reliability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Preferably bachelors/ masters degree in computer science or information technology.
• 8+ Years overall experience, with 5+ years in DevOps with AWS and security automation, operations, infrastructure management and team management
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / AWS Security Specialty (preferred)

Purpose of Job :

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance DevOps practices on Cloud infrastructure, Hybrid Data centers and on-prem. Drive the integration of security into every phase of the DevOps lifecycle. Support automation, deployment, monitoring, and security hardening to achieve agility,

reliability, and compliance.

Essential Qualifications :

• Preferably bachelors/ masters degree in computer science or information technology.
• 8+ Years overall experience, with 5+ years in DevOps with AWS and security automation, operations, infrastructure management and team management
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / AWS Security Specialty (preferred)
• The candidate having experience of Indian Cloud Services will have an advantage

• Network security, firewall configuration, security groups, VPC subnetting

• Vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, patch management
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Scripting (Python, Bash, Shell)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
• Security-as-Code and automated compliance tools (e.g., Checkov, TFSec, Open Policy Agent)
• Secrets management (HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
• SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Snyk, Fortify)
• IAM roles, policies, encryption, KMS, and secure configurations
• Centralized logging and monitoring (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in end-to-end migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid models)
• Strong understanding of migration strategies: Rehost (Lift & Shift), Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture design, including site-to-site VPNs, Direct Connect, and secure connectivity
• Familiarity with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning in cloud environments
• Experience working with containerization for legacy modernization (Dockerizing monolithic applications)
