1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager cum Scrum Master with 15+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Agile delivery, program management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring predictable execution, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing complex programs, working with business and technology stakeholders, enabling Agile best practices, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes across distributed teams.

2. Key Responsibilities
