  • Partner with vendors and contract manufacturers to drive capacity planning, adherence to timelines, quality standards, and corrective action plans.
  • Define and track program KPIs (cost, lead time, on‑time delivery, defect rates); deliver regular program status reports and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
  • Implement process improvements across PLM/ERP workflows, sampling cadence, and handoffs to reduce lead times and improve first‑pass quality.
  • Own program budgeting and change‑control: review costing impacts, approve production releases, and ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and sustainability policies.

  • Demonstrable experience with PLM tools and product development workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) for order, inventory and cost tracking.
  • Strong vendor management background across garment factories and contract suppliers.
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders and deliver against tight seasonal deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and driving data‑led decisions.
Preferred
  • Experience with Agile program practices, Jira or similar project‑management tools.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, costing & margin analysis, or certifications such as Six Sigma/Lean.
Benefits & Culture Highlights
  • Hybrid workplace model with a focus on work‑life balance and flexible schedules.
  • Opportunity to lead high‑visibility seasonal programs and influence product strategy across retail channels.
