Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects from Bengaluru. You will govern initiatives with key stakeholders, create milestone-based plans, identify risks, and remove blockers in a cross-functional, global environment.

You will drive multiple medium to large scale programs across Operations, IT, Finance, HR and Facilities, ensuring on-time delivery and reliable status reporting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a graduate degree; MBA preferred with good academic track record.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects across US, EMEA and APAC.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent command on English language.

Responsibilities

Reports to: VP - Business Excellence & PMO

Position Summary

• The role will manage the end-to-end execution of different strategic and operational projects for Deluxe
• The role will manage the governance of projects with key stakeholders
• The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecks
• The role requires experience in working in a cross functional environment and driving global projects

Outcomes and Accomplishments

As a Project manager, you will:

• The role will plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographies
• The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.
• Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelines
• Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverables
• Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports
• Drive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholders
• Other duties as identified and assigned.

What You Bring:

• Candidate must have a graduate degree; MBA preferred with good academic track record.
• Should have 5 to 10 Years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects across US, EMEA and APAC
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Excellent command on English language.
• Individual should have strong analytical, problem solving, people management and influencing skills
• Excellent command on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
• A keen interest in media industry preferred
