Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Program Manager for Lending EMI to own scheme design, launch, and lifecycle management, including offers, eligibility constructs, and commercial viability. You will ensure schemes are commercially sound, operationally executable, and compliant, delivering the desired business outcomes through disciplined governance and cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and managing EMI schemes.
• Ability to drive scheme lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance and lenders.
• Ensure schemes comply with policy, regulatory and business rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage EMI schemes (tenure, ROI / subvention, eligibility, ticket size, product / partner constructs).
• Own scheme lifecycle: ideation → business case → approvals → launch → monitoring → refresh / sunset.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, and lenders on scheme constructs and go-to-market.
• Analyse scheme performance (volume, conversion, margin, risk, partner ROI) and recommend changes.
• Maintain scheme inventory, version control, circulars / communications, and audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure schemes align with credit policy, regulatory / compliance requirements, and commercial guardrails.
• Coordinate Tech / Ops enablement so schemes go live correctly in systems and processes.
• Run scheme performance reviews with leadership and drive course corrections.
• Support competitive benchmarking and new scheme ideation for growth segments.
