Job summary

Qure.ai, a global healthtech leader, is seeking a Program Manager in Mumbai to run strategic partnerships end to end from kickoff to deployment at clinical sites, ensuring measurable clinical and economic impact. You will manage pilots, work with clinical and regulatory teams, and define success metrics to demonstrate ROI.

You will design AI-enabled care pathways, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build repeatable playbooks for scaling offerings across international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex programs, ideally in healthcare, health-tech, pharma or healthcare consulting.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and care pathways; a clinical or life-sciences background is a strong plus.
• Experience working with US healthcare providers or health systems is highly valuable.
• Experience running pilots, implementations or clinical studies.
• Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier institute; an MBA or MPH is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder programs end to end. Define scope, plans, milestones, budgets and governance, and deliver on commitments to partners on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and healthcare sites. Build trusted, long-term relationships through regular engagement, governance meetings and prompt resolution of issues.
• Plan and run pilots and deployments at hospitals and health systems, working with clinical, technical, legal and customer success teams to get sites live and engaged.
• Work with clinicians, care teams and hospital administrators to design and improve care pathways that integrate AI into routine practice.
• Define success metrics, measure clinical and economic outcomes, and build business cases and case studies that demonstrate value to healthcare systems.
• Turn learnings from the field into clear insights on product-market fit for new and existing use cases. Package them into repeatable playbooks and enable commercial teams to scale them.
• Coordinate Product, Clinical, AI Research, Regulatory, Deployment and Commercial teams to deliver program milestones, and feed partner and customer insights back into the product.
• Prepare clear status reports, dashboards and executive presentations on program health, outcomes and next steps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks early, elevate where needed and put processes in place that fix them permanently

The Opportunity

The Program Management team leads some of Qure.ai’s most strategic partnerships with global life-sciences companies and healthcare providers. As a Program Manager, you will run these programs end to end, from partner kick-off through deployment at clinical sites, and help show how AI-enabled care pathways deliver measurable clinical and economic impact. The role calls for strong program management, a solid understanding of clinical workflows and the commercial judgment to turn early programs into scalable offerings.

What You’ll Own & Drive

Core Skills Required
