Evernorth Health Services India, based in Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced Executive Communications professional to shape complex priorities into executive narratives, presentations, and change communications for enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate with senior leaders, apply AI-enabled design, and own fast-turnaround communication delivery across stakeholders.

Position Overview

This role shapes complex business, operational, and transformation priorities into clear executive narratives, high-impact presentations, and communication strategies that enable faster decisions and stronger alignment. The individual will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver business reviews, strategic updates, leadership communications, and change narratives for high-visibility initiatives.

The role combines executive storytelling, visual communication, change management, and disciplined delivery. It uses generative AI and modern design tools to rapidly synthesize information, create sharp audience-specific content, improve quality, and shorten turnaround time. Success requires strong judgment, agility, attention to detail, and the ability to drive adoption while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape executive presentations, business reviews, strategic updates, and narratives aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Distill complex business, operational, technical, and transformation information into concise stories with a clear decision or action.
• Create high-impact presentations, infographics, frameworks, process flows, and visual narratives that align stakeholders and accelerate action.
• Use generative AI to accelerate research, synthesis, drafting, visualization, and presentation production while maintaining strong quality controls.
• Lead change communication and adoption for priority initiatives, including audience segmentation, stakeholder engagement, readiness, leader toolkits, and reinforcement.
• Apply program-management discipline to plan deliverables, manage dependencies, track milestones, surface risks, and maintain alignment.
• Collaborate across functions to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, sharpen messages, and ensure consistent execution.
• Operate with speed and agility, incorporate feedback quickly, and confidently present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Experience supporting C-suite executives, business leaders, or enterprise leadership teams in high-visibility environments.
• Background in management consulting, strategy, executive communications, marketing, user experience, corporate communications, or transformation.
• Experience developing board or executive presentations, business reviews, strategic roadmaps, transformation communications, and organizational narratives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting change management and adoption for enterprise initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Advanced capability in Microsoft PowerPoint, business storytelling, information design, data visualization, and executive communication.
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe Express, Canva, Miro, and related platforms.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools for research, synthesis, content development, visual ideation, and productivity.
• Experience working effectively within large, global, matrixed organizations.

Other Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in executive communications, presentation consulting, business storytelling, graphic design, strategy, or a related discipline.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and the development of polished, executive-ready presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with quick turnaround under aggressive timelines.
• Exceptional written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience using generative AI and AI-powered tools responsibly to improve speed, creativity, consistency, and delivery quality.
• Program management experience is preferred, including planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Change-management certification or experience with structured adoption approaches is preferred.

Required Education

Location & Hours of Work

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, in a hybrid working model: 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home.
