Qualifications

• Strong, documented record of scholarly research published in peer-reviewed international journals.
• Demonstrated leadership in conducting research projects and guiding postgraduate thesis work.
• Familiarity with or openness to integrating AI tools and digital technologies into medical education.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach human anatomy courses to undergraduate (BDS) and postgraduate (MDS) students using modern lectures, laboratory instruction, and AI-assisted learning tools.
• Develop course content and leverage digital 3D modeling, virtual dissection, and interactive technology for clear anatomical instruction.
• Lead departmental research initiatives, secure research opportunities, and publish findings in high-impact international journals.
• Mentor and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in their research endeavors, dissertations, and academic development.
• Provide leadership, career guidance, and academic mentorship to junior faculty members.
• Integrate smart learning analytics to assess and evaluate student performance effectively.
• Actively participate in departmental, college-level, and institutional committees and governance initiatives.
