Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, scalable web applications using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, visually consistent interfaces for both web and mobile experiences.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑tested and maintainable code following modern development best practices.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on load times, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Implement and manage state‑management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit or similar libraries.
• Partner with backend engineers to ensure smooth data integration and cohesive full‑stack workflows.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to maintain application stability and reliability.
• Contribute to and influence frontend architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability in large, long‑term projects.
• Leverage tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team‑wide knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

You will play a key role in driving front‑end architecture decisions, ensuring design consistency and mentoring other developers. This role requires strong technical proficiency, a focus on user experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across design and backend teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands‑on experience building modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of state‑management patterns (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolkit, Reselect, etc.).
• Proficiency with Git‑based workflows and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Demonstrated success contributing to large‑scale, long‑term frontend projects.
• Deep understanding of web performance optimization and responsive design principles.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and guide others toward technical excellence.
