We are seeking a highly skilled and self‑motivated Professional Services Consultant SD‑WAN to join our team. This role will focus on delivering enterprise‑grade SD‑WAN and network security solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SD‑WAN, networking, and security technologies, and be capable of working independently in customer‑facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement SD‑WAN solutions for enterprise clients, including solution design, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Provide advanced understanding and implementation of internetworking technologies, including LAN, WAN, and IP routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 3 protocols and associated services.
- Implement and support remote access VPN solutions, including IPSec, SSL VPN, and PKI infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex networking issues involving TCP/IP, NAT, firewalls, IPSec VPNs, and their interactions with enterprise applications.
- Independently debug complex networks using various media types and protocols.
- Deploy and manage Palo Alto Networks products including firewalls and SD‑WAN components.
- Configure and support multi‑factor authentication (MFA) systems (e.g., Duo, RSA SecureID).
- Integrate authentication protocols such as LDAP, RADIUS, and TACACS+ within the security architecture.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and handover guides for customers.
Required Skills and Technologies
- SD‑WAN solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Prisma SD‑WAN, Cisco Viptela, Fortinet SD‑WAN, Silver Peak)
- Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- Network Security: VPN (IPSec, SSL), PKI, MFA
- Firewall technologies: Palo Alto Networks (preferred), Fortinet, Cisco ASA
- Authentication protocols: LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+
- Troubleshooting tools: Wireshark, traceroute, ping, syslog
- Protocols: TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, DHCP
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Scripting (desirable): Python, Bash for automation and diagnostics
