As the person in charge, you’ll assemble and lead various project teams, and establish effective organizational structure and working procedures for the teams. This role demands efficient project management skills, which you’ll exhibit by identifying the projects’ objectives and allotting sufficient budget, to achieve optimal results and meet the company’s target profits.
Likewise, you’ll be in charge of managing and monitoring the different stages of the projects—from their pre-design phase up to their completion. Furthermore, your proven track record in project management will come in handy, as you’ll be in charge of facilitating negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities.
This role asks the question “How can I contribute even more to the company’s growth?” You’ll do this by establishing strong business relationships with our clients. To build lasting connection with our clients, you’ll identify and work around their needs and constraints. You’ll also represent their interests effectively throughout the whole project duration. Additionally, you’ll be in charge of retaining new business contacts and repeat businesses from new investors or landlord clients within an agreed time period.
