Job summary

Better Home & Finance Holding Company is hiring a Production Technology Coordinator in India to support Matrix tools, systems, and workflows. You will help onboard/offboard team members and troubleshoot across platforms, ensuring smooth operations and data integrity.

You will design Matrix training, maintain Confluence materials, and manage website updates while ensuring compliance with regulations. The role demands strong communication, organization, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical support related to Matrix tools, systems, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (email, scheduling, websites, internal tools) and implement timely solutions.
• Onboarding setup for new team members including system access and templated onboarding emails.
• Manage offboarding processes to ensure proper removal of system access.
• Design and coordinate Matrix-related training programs.
• Create and maintain training materials in Confluence.
• Offer ongoing support to address technology-related issues.
• Manage and organize production-related data and ensure data integrity and security.
• Create standardized branded email signatures and manage updates.
• Build and maintain Matrix-related websites and landing pages.
• Ensure production technology systems comply with regulations and security standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for production systems and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support, Troubleshooting, Onboarding, and Offboarding:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical support related to Matrix tools, systems, and workflows.

o Troubleshoot issues across various platforms (email, scheduling, websites, internal tools), identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions

o Onboarding setup for new team members including system access setup and templated onboarding emails.

o Manage offboarding processes to ensure proper removal of system access

• Matrix Training:

o Design and coordinate Matrix-related training programs

o Create and maintain training materials up to date such as job aids and trainings in Confluence

o Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any technology-related issues.

• Data Management:

o Manage and organize production-related data, ensuring data integrity and security.

o Implement data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical production information.

• Email Signature Creation and Management

o Create standardized, branded email signatures for team members

o Manage updates to signatures as roles, branding, or compliance requirements change

o Ensure consistency across departments and platforms

o Troubleshoot issues related to formatting, compatibility, or deployment

• Website Building, Maintenance, and Domain Support

o Build and maintain Matrix-related websites and landing pages

o Perform ongoing updates including: content edits, design adjustments, and feature enhancements

o Ensure websites remain functional, secure, and aligned with brand standards

• Compliance and Security:

o Ensure that production technology systems comply with industry regulations and security standards.

• Documentation:

o Maintain comprehensive documentation for production technology systems, configurations, and procedures.

o Create user manuals and guides to assist production staff in utilizing technology tools effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in coordinating technology initiatives within a production or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production processes and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environment.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to influence through collaboration.

• Self-motivated, with a high level of personal energy and commitment.

• Minimum requirement includes a high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or a related field is advantageous.
