Job summary

Infosys in Hyderabad is seeking experienced L2/L3 production support engineers to ensure stability of critical applications and platforms. You will develop automation scripts in Python to minimize manual tasks and monitor system health with enterprise tools.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents within SLAs, perform RCA, and implement permanent fixes. Participation in on-call and major incident management is expected.

Qualifications

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications and platforms.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to reduce manual operational tasks.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.
• Manage deployments, releases, and environment support activities.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and availability through SRE best practices.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management activities.
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation solutions.
