Role Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure maximum machine efficiency, maintain product quality, and drive process improvements in a high-volume PET preform manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily production of HUSKY injection molding lines as per standard SOPs.
• Optimize cycle time, output efficiency, and material utilization to achieve targets.
• Coordinate mold changes, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting with technical teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance, utilities, QA, and logistics for smooth plant operations.
• Review and analyze production data via SAP for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff for continuous skill and performance improvement.
