Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Manager with proven experience in kidswear production. Candidates with a background in managing the manufacturing of children's apparel – especially in export or domestic brands – will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and execution for garment manufacturing.
• Oversee production units and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with key departments including SCM, sampling, trims sourcing, and warehousing.
• Manage outsourcing and job work for embroidery, printing, and made-up garments.
• Optimize machine and manpower utilization to meet production targets.
• Maintain and update order MIS, T&A plans, and ensure timely shipment.
• Focus on OTP (On-Time Production) delivery, especially for small and urgent orders.
• Interpret and document customer requirements based on BOM (Bill of Materials).
• Ensure smooth coordination across departments for efficient workflow.
• Set production goals and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Supervise inventory control and store management.
• Monitor and maintain cost efficiency in production processes.
• Handle crisis management situations with effective solutions.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the production team.
