• Plan, schedule, and monitor production targets to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering teams for smooth workflow.

Job description

Key Responsibilities- ( Candidate from aerospace company only)

(Immediate joiners preferred) Location: Peenya Industrial area

• Oversee day-to-day production activities across CNC, VMC, and turning centres.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production targets to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100D, customer-specific, and internal process standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
• Implement and monitor shop floor discipline, manpower deployment, and shift management.
• Review and approve production documentation route cards, process sheets, and traveller documents.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance, tool management, and 5S compliance.
• Support ERP utilization for production planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop the teams technical capabilities through training and mentoring
