Job summary

Kwality Pharmaceuticals in Amritsar invites a skilled operator to work in our sterile/aseptic manufacturing area, ensuring strict adherence to gowning and containment protocols while operating vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and liquid filling/sealing machines.

You will perform line clearance, set fill volumes, calibrate dosing pumps, monitor weight/volume accuracy, and maintain comprehensive records such as BPCR/BMR, environmental monitoring, logbooks, downtime reports, and production

Responsibilities

• Handle sterile/aseptic area protocols, gowning procedures, and operation of vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and liquid injection filling/sealing machines.
• Perform line clearance, set fill volumes, calibrate dosing pumps, and adjust parameters per Batch Production Control Records (BPCR) or Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Monitor fill weight/volume accuracy, vial stoppering/capping, and seal integrity throughout the production run.
• Place and manage environmental monitoring plates within the sterile/aseptic suite as per defined schedules.
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of filling needles, syringes, fluid paths, and machine parts.
• Maintain daily machine logbooks, BMR/BPCR entries, downtime reports, and production output records accurately.
