Candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering and 4–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, with strong organizational skills and basic computer literacy for updating records.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute daily production targets for CNC lathes/ VMC related machinery.
• Allocate shift tasks to operators and track hourly/daily production output.
• Monitor cycle times and ensure raw materials are staged and ready to prevent machine idling.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Quality Control and Inventory departments to maintain a continuous workflow.
• Maintain accurate daily production logs, shift handover reports, and basic shop floor attendance.
