Job summary

Google is seeking a Solutions Consultant in the gTech Ads GCS Customer Experience group to help advertisers and partners maximize outcomes. You will own troubleshooting tasks, apply product knowledge, and coordinate with Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions to resolve complex issues.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into effective Google Ads solutions, with rotational shifts to support global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a Measurement troubleshooting, implementation or enforcement role.
• Experience with online advertising measurement tools and platforms is preferred.
• Experience with SQL databases and scripting languages such as PHP or Python.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Google's advertisers and Sales teams, agencies and partners.
• Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across top Measurement emerging trends and opportunity areas. Troubleshoot complex technical product issues and carry out strategic projects.
• Develop tools and automation for better diagnostics/data fixes and debugging, either independently or in partnership with Product Engineering teams.
• Learn our AI powered Ads products support Measurement.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a Measurement troubleshooting, implementation or enforcement role.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in online advertising in a customer-facing role using Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Google Ads product suite, YouTube, or other online advertising systems.
• Experience in account/campaign management roles, technical troubleshooting or customer support, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL databases and scripting languages such as PHP or Python.
• Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or other online advertising measurement solutions and the media landscape.
• Strong understanding of internet technologies such as JavaScript and HTML.
