Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Product Supply Planning Manager to own end-to-end supply planning for CMOs, coordinating across departments to ensure timely production, regulatory compliance, and distribution readiness.

You will manage master data, engage with CMOs across time zones, and drive inventory accuracy while supporting new product launches in a fast‑growing, patient‑centric organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of end-to-end planning experience in pharma, including CMOs in international env.

Responsibilities

As Product Supply Planning Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end supply plan for our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), collaborate across departments, and play an active role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the supply plan for CMOs on a monthly basis, considering inventory and open orders (firmed and planned), to identify and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Based on the supply plan, issue Purchase Orders and forecasts to CMOs, and monitor deliveries of purchase orders against requested dates.
• Proactively manage supply constraints to minimize business impact.
• Provide accurate and complete supply planning parameters and purchasing conditions for all SKUs; act as the Expert User for key planning Master Data.
• Set and maintain all required Master Data and ensure its integrity and correctness.
• Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Oversee the successful launch of new products into the market, ensuring timely supply, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with manufacturing and distribution teams.
• Propose stock holding levels within the supply chain through a detailed understanding of key planning parameters and the E2E process (safety stock, lead times, supply reliability, demand variability, service objectives), in line with Working Capital targets.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations, ensure inventory accuracy, and minimize discrepancies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in end-to-end (E2E) planning within the pharmaceutical industry, including direct interaction with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) in an international environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with both internal cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.li>
• Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems; functional knowledge is an advantage.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) or equivalent supply chain qualification.
• Experience supporting new product introductions/launches in a regulated (GMP) pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience working across multiple time zones with global CMO networks.
