Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a detail-oriented professional for 100% quality documentation of pressure vessel reports across customer projects. The role focuses on creating, retrieving, and maintaining test dossiers, with emphasis on data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage supplier reports in a robust database, support process improvements, and ensure adherence to internal and external standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in quality function of pressure parts used in high voltage products.
• Basic know-how of pressure vessel requirements.
• Basic know-how of a purchase order setup.
• Able to use databases and large amounts of digital (PDF) documents.
• Structured working.
• Office package, especially Outlook & Excel.
• SAP MM, DMS – preferred.
• Proficient in understanding quality processes, test requirements and concepts.
• Prior relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in MS-Office, Power BI or any BI tool.
• Self-motivated, willingness to take up and lead new challenges.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work out of offshore/remote locations.
• Stakeholder management through continuous interaction with Business Leaders and Partners across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Pressure Vessel Test dossiers for customer projects using vendor test documentation requirements.
• Retrieve supplier test reports from traceability dossiers.
• Maintain and support the supplier report database.
• Support improvement projects to streamline the pressure vessel process (material flow and documentation flow).
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

How You’ll Make An Impact
