AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap work and write detailed specifications for an enterprise loyalty platform.

The role requires 4+ years in related roles, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, and strong skills in producing precise business specifications. You will drive design and execution of roadmap enhancements, translate complex requirements into precise specs, and manage the product backlog.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements to the enterprise loyalty platform, owning the business logic and platform rules that drive outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges during the product development lifecycle and collaborate to keep development on track.
• Provide mechanisms for stakeholders to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and gain buy-in from business and technical audiences at multiple levels.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains of expertise and influence technical and business decisions.

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead roadmap work and write detailed specifications for an enterprise loyalty platform.

The mandatory requirements are 4+ years in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role, Agile/Scrum delivery experience, web-based software and integration experience, and strong skills writing precise business specifications.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience working in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience driving Agile/Scrum delivery projects involving web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems, with comfort operating in or transitioning toward spec-driven and AI-assisted SDLC environments.
• Exceptional ability to reason through complex business logic, identify edge cases, and produce precise written specifications, paired with a strong technical foundation and a knack for translating concepts into language business and tech roles can understand.

NICE TO HAVES

• Loyalty product, program, or industry experience strongly preferred; familiarity with accounting ledger concepts, real-time decisioning systems, or rules engines is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX research and best practices is a plus.
• PMI-PBA/CBAP/CSPO/PSPO certification is a plus.

• Translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications that serve as the authoritative source of truth for automated and AI-assisted development workflows, while ensuring maximum reusability across clients and verticals.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle, collaborating with team members to find creative solutions and keep development on track.
• Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track team and product work progress across releases and major product milestones.
• Share vision and purpose for all product development efforts, gaining interest and buy-in from various audiences, including business and technical roles at multiple levels of the organization.
• Own and evolve the business logic governing your domains of expertise, serving as the voice of reason on what the platform should do and why, influencing technical and business decisions alike.
