Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive requirements in the Banking domain in Pune. The role involves leading the BA team to gather, analyze and document business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to map processes and identify improvements.

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the BA team in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for projects
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed requirement specifications that can be used to guide project development
• Ensure project requirements are aligned with company goals and objectives
• Manage change requests, track project progress and elevate issues as needed

Skills

• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience

• Minimum XX years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
• Experience leading a team of BAs
• Exposure to different industries and domains

Day-to-Day Activities

• Lead the team in conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops
• Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues
• Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
