• Strong project management skills (e.g. ability multitask and manage several deliverables concurrently)
• Ability to work in a fast paced, global, disparate team environment
• Willing to dive into a problem space and to go outside their comfort zone to learn and push the team to do the same
• Past exposure to financial SW development projects and vendor products/commercial packages
• Ability to document/communicate complex topics via various channels (Jira, PowerPoint, Word, Miro, etc)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and resource allocations within expected timelines to meet deliverables
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
• Deep understanding of secure product lifecycles
• Expertise of Scrum/Agile as it relates to Product Owner activities
• Experience working with technical & finance business teams and sufficient tech depth to engage in problem solving with delivery teams and understanding of finance acumen (knowledge of treasury/capital/equity a plus)
• Fluent about key cloud technologies and the terminology around them; eager to learn more about how/when cloud delivery can amplify impact
• Ability to manage, process and apply information quickly and accurately to generate insights and next steps
• Proven organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving, analytical/critical thinking skills
