• Support product managers in executing product line strategies and day-to-day portfolio management activities.

• Ensure product documentation and customer-facing information remain accurate and up to date.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to drive product marketing initiatives, coordinate NPI sample programs, support customer inquiries, and ensure product information remains accurate and accessible. Your ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities, and leverage data to support business decisions will directly contribute to portfolio growth and customer success.

Our Team

The Product Management and Marketing team supports the growth and commercialization of Molexs I/O product portfolio. We work closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and supply chain teams to bring innovative interconnect solutions to market, support customers throughout the product lifecycle, and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and business growth.

What You Will Do

• Support product managers in executing product line strategies and day-to-day portfolio management activities.
• Drive product marketing initiatives that increase product visibility, awareness, and customer engagement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience within the electro-mechanical components industry.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and build strong working relationships.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with common business software and PC applications.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing disciplines.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or product support functions.
• Experience using SAP.
