Platinus Technologies Pvt Ltd. is seeking a highly analytical Product Market Research Analyst to support our IT product development team in India. You will research market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to guide product innovation and market-entry plans.

You’ll talk to customers, run surveys, track competitors, and present clear insights to help shape the product roadmap and pricing strategy for Indian businesses.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years experience in market research / product analysis / business research.
• Good understanding of India's IT ecosystem and SMBs/enterprises technology adoption.
• Comfort with data from surveys, analytics, and reports.
• Strong communication to explain findings to non-research folks.
• Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
