Job summary

L&T Finance is seeking a Product Manager for Voice Agentic AI to scale AI-powered journeys from POC to Production. Own end-to-end product ownership across onboarding, servicing, collections, and engagement while ensuring RBI compliance.

The role involves designing voice-based journeys, integrating with core systems, and collaborating with business and tech teams to deliver high-quality features in a regulated BFSI environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage the broader team.
• Requirement gathering tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart.
• Data analysis with SQL/Excel/BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver voice-based agentic AI journeys using GenAI and LLMs for collections and onboarding.
• Own Voice AI design in in-app journeys across mobile, WhatsApp, chatbots, and payments.
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, and Jira user stories.
• Lead feasibility discussions, demos, and approach decisions with stakeholders.
• Support audits, risk, and compliance through clear regulatory documentation.
• Drive API-led integrations with lending systems, CRM, KYC, payment gateways, and messaging platforms.

Job description

As a Product Manager – Voice Agentic AI, you will play a pivotal role in scaling AI-powered conversational solutions from taking POC’s to Productions. You will bridge business, technology, and compliance, driving end-to-end product ownership of voice-based agentic AI journeys across onboarding, servicing, collections, and customer engagement while ensuring adherence to RBI and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver voice-based agentic AI journeys using GenAI, and LLMs for collection,Settlement, Crossell and other financial services use cases.
• Own Voice AI Design in In-App like Digital Journey and its various applications across mobile, WhatsApp, chatbots,Payments etc
• Discussing with LOB’s business team to understand their use case and translate requirements into BRDs, FSDs, and JIRA user stories.
• Leading discussion with business leadership Team,Technological Team and Finalising the feasibility of solutions and demoing the same and concluding the Approach.
• Onboarding partners , doing documentation and closing Infosec Process.
• Leading Commercial discussion with the finance Team and Business Team.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance teams through clear documentation and regulatory traceability for BOT Scripts and its Launching procedure.
• Leading BOT development,Configuration with Development team,Integration Team with IT Systems
• Drive API-led integrations with core lending systems, CRM, KYC vendors, payment gateways, ,third-party platforms,SMS ,WhatsApp and HRM System etc
• Track delivery through Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews,Jira and governance forums.
• Work closely with IT, data, operations, vendors, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Participate in UAT planning, test scenario creation, functional testing, and defect resolution.
• Good Statistical skills to define metrics and KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness and continuous improvement and present the same to the leadership team
• Prior experience in the BFSI sector - especially with Indian Banks and NBFCs - will be a significant advantage.
• Strong aptitude for learning, with creative thinking to address complex real-world business challenges.

Key Qualifications:

• Having experience of 5-10 years with good Communication and interpersonal skill to manage the Broder team

Educations:

• Preferable an Btech/MBA from a recognized institute
• (Specialization in Finance, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Technology preferred)
• CA , MS with BFSI Experience.
• IIBA CBAP (trained or certified) has added advantages .
