The opportunity for you

• You will drive technical products while managing cross‑team collaboration and complex project schedules, removing roadblocks and driving to completion.
• You will develop and own the integration strategy and roadmap to support the growing needs of customers in the ITSM domain.
• You will deeply understand the problems you are handling via research, data and customer conversations, and work on defining the problems and solutions with the team.
• You’ll work with a smart bunch of designers and engineers to help them understand user needs and empower them to make great product decisions.
• You’ll work with sales and marketing to help craft messaging and effectively communicate the value of our product.
• You’ll also own and maintain the quality of the product areas your team are responsible for and aim to deliver world‑class software with every release.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within the ITSM or related enterprise software domain.
• Proven track record of managing product integrations, APIs, or third‑party software ecosystems.
• Experience working with integration platforms, API management, and data synchronization between enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRMS, etc.)
• Good problem‑solving skills, and the ability to switch between thinking creatively and analytically
• Passion for end‑user experience and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to document and present design ideas effectively.
