Job summary

Rocket Flyer Technology in India is seeking an Associate Product Manager focused on Roadmap & Strategy. You will define product strategy, manage the lifecycle, and work with engineering to deliver offerings that meet customer needs.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and support to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the company’s goals. Travel may be required to engage with partners and customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
• Proven track record of defining and launching products.
• MBA preferred; bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.

• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
• Be an expert with respect to the competition.

Rocket Flyer Technology - Associate Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver products.

It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to :

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Be an expert with respect to the competition

• Perform product demos to customers

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager

• Technical background experience will be preferred
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
